Michael Alston Elected as Fellow of Tennessee Bar Foundation

National law firm Husch Blackwell is pleased to announce that Michael Alston has been elected a Fellow of the Tennessee Bar Foundation.

Established in 1982, the Tennessee Bar Foundation comprises 850 attorneys across the state and recognizes attorneys of notable distinction through membership as Fellows. Its objectives include utilizing the contributions of Fellows to support law-related public interest endeavors and managing Tennessee's Interest On Lawyers’ Trust Accounts, or IOLTA, program. Invitations to membership were extended to 29 attorneys by the Board of Trustees.

Alston, the managing partner of Husch Blackwell’s Chattanooga office and a member of the firm's Real Estate, Development & Construction industry group, is an accomplished litigator and mediator of complex commercial claims. His corporate clients range from commercial real estate owners and developers and real estate investment trusts (REITs) to insurance carriers, medical device manufacturers, mail-order pharmacies, and hospitals and health systems.
