Situation
A family of four in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, filed suit against their condominium association, alleging that health problems from water and mold in their unit forced them to move out of their unit.
Result
A jury found that our client was not negligent and did not breach any contract. Plaintiffs’ counsel had requested an award of more than $13 million, but as a result of our successful defense, the association was ruled not responsible for any damages and paid nothing.
