Presentation materials are now available at the conference website.

You are invited to attend a groundbreaking conference on energy sustainability and the challenges that arise at the intersection of the energy industry and the legal and policy sectors.

This conference – the first of an anticipated series of meetings examining the outlook for the U.S. energy and transmission sectors between now and 2030 – will bring together key thought leaders to focus on the capital deployment, technology development, and public policy changes that are critically needed to produce a more sustainable energy supply system.

Former Sen. Byron Dorgan, House and Senate staff, representatives from the Pentagon, and industry representatives will join academics from around the world and energy experts to bring you this two-day conference.

Presenting from Husch Blackwell are former Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) Chair James Hoecker, Jim Goettsch, Hal Perloff and Scott Stewart.
