In advance of the October 1 Annual Security Report deadline, the presenters will center their discussion on some of the more difficult and nuanced aspects of Clery compliance, such as unique Clery geography designations and disclosing crimes using the hierarchy rule. While some basic Clery concepts will be mentioned throughout, the webinar will be most useful for attendees who already have exposure to this area of the law.
