The Terms and Conditions are the backbone of your contract. If you don’t fully understand them, you are at a severe disadvantage when dealing with the Postal Service. This brand new seminar will put you on solid footing whenever these standard clauses come into play. You are cordially invited to join us for this special session where we will explore key clauses, including those involving payment, changes, claims, disputes, and other requirements. Find out which clauses are unenforceable, which don’t mean what they say, and which might be more helpful than you think.

The seminar will be presented by David Hendel in conjunction with the Star Route Association's combined Western/Central regional meeting at the Golden Nugget Hotel. Separate registration for this seminar is required.

The seminar fee is $195 for Star Route Association members, $295 for non-members; a $50 discount applies to each additional person who attends from the same company. Kindly register by January 8. After January 10, registrations will be available and will incur an increase of $100 per registrant.
