Ketajh is a commercial litigator with a diverse and dynamic practice, focusing on contentious business disputes in both state and federal courts. 

Ketajh defends some of the nation’s largest corporations and associations from allegations such as tortious conduct, product liability and breach of contract. He advises clients on the best course of action, and immerses himself in analyzing voluminous complex discovery to draft dispositive motions and briefing in support. Ketajh uses oral advocacy skills to take and defend depositions, and routinely appears in court to advance client objectives through a variety of legal proceedings. 

Clients greatly benefit from Ketajh’s familiarity with the federal court system. Prior to joining Husch Blackwell, Ketajh served as a law clerk to the Honorable Judge David R. Herndon of the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Illinois; and before that, as a Judicial Staff Attorney for the U.S. Court of Appeals, Eighth Circuit. 

Before practicing law, Ketajh had a successful career in the public service sector as a criminal investigator, notably working for the office of the Federal Public Defender in Washington, D.C. A veteran, Ketajh is a former U.S. Army Infantry Officer who served on two deployments in support of Operation Enduring Freedom in Egypt’s Sinai Peninsula, and Operation Iraqi Freedom in Northern Iraq.
