Overview

Rhett represents clients in a full spectrum of estate and business succession planning matters, ensuring that they and their families are protected for the long term.  

Rhett regularly works with clients to create customized estate plans that transfer wealth and family businesses to future generations in the most efficient manner possible. He also counsels trustees, beneficiaries and other fiduciaries in the administration of trusts and estates.

As a very young professional, Rhett worked as a trust associate for U.S. Trust, Bank of America Private Wealth Management, and as a financial advisor with the MassMutual Financial Group. Rhett’s prior experience gives him valuable insight into the implementation of estate plans and the administration of ongoing trusts. 

Rhett’s role in transferring family wealth and businesses to the next generation means that he develops long-term relationships with clients. Clients trust him to serve as their family advisor for decades into the future.

Outside the Office

Much of Rhett’s free time is spent with his four young children. The family especially enjoys getting outside, as well as attending sporting events.

Rhett is also an avid golfer.
