Situation
A former tenant of a mall in south Texas sued the owner for fraud, breach of contract and deceptive trade practices. The plaintiff sought actual and punitive damages. We represented the owner in the original litigation and subsequent appeal.
Result
The matter was resolved successfully for the owner with a win on summary judgment, and the final judgment was affirmed on appeal.
