Situation
A home care service provider wanted to develop a computer software program to allow caregivers to remotely access records and to electronically record and store data regarding care provided for easy access by home office and other caregivers.
Result
Worked with the client to structure the electronic patient information platform, including negotiation of multiple developer and vendor contracts, preparation of internal policies and procedures, and counseling on all aspects of the software program. Helped client achieve improved quality, convenience and coordination of care, increased practice efficiencies and cost savings.
