Sansone Group of St. Louis wanted to purchase the Towne South Plaza shopping center in Terre Haute, Indiana. Sansone had managed the retail development for nearly 10 years.
Result
Husch Blackwell represented our long-standing client in the $18 million acquisition of the retail center, which Sansone plans to expand by 50,000 square feet. The acquisition was part of our client’s strategy to actively expand its real estate portfolio.
