Situation
After redeveloping the 350,000-square-foot Shoppes at Cross Keys in north St. Louis, our client Sansone Group needed help selling the award-winning retail center. Husch Blackwell had represented Sansone when it acquired the site years earlier, including assisting with the creation of tax increment financing (TIF) and transportation development (TDD) districts to help fund the development.
Result
Husch Blackwell represented St. Louis-based Sansone, which has offices in Missouri, Arkansas, Tennessee and Florida, in the $53 million sale of the big box store-anchored development. As part of the sale, Sansone will continue to lease and manage the center for the buyer.
