A Husch Blackwell client in Thailand received a favorable negative preliminary antidumping determination from the Department of Commerce. This follows a negative preliminary countervailing duty determination that was previously issued.

As a result, imports of glycine from Thailand are currently not subject to antidumping or countervailing duties. The Firm’s client was the only company to receive a negative determination in both the antidumping and countervailing duty preliminary determinations.
