- Representing an independent organic inspector and an organic certification agency in litigation involving reporting violations of the National Organic Program rules.
- Negotiated a favorable settlement on behalf of a rancher in litigation involving destruction of a decades-old windbreak in Western Nebraska.
- Assisted a third-generation family farm in resolving claims relating to prairie dog control on the family ranch.
- Represented a dairy farm in litigation involving breach of warranty claims over the purchase of diseased cattle.
- Serving on the board of NSAS (Nebraska Sustainable Agriculture Society).
