Attorney Ryann Glenn Joins Husch Blackwell Omaha Office

Husch Blackwell is pleased to announce that Ryann Glenn has joined the firm as an associate in the firm’s Litigation practice service group.

Glenn’s experience covers a wide span of civil litigation matters. She has appeared in state court before both District Court judges and juries representing clients throughout all phases of complex business civil litigation disputes, construction defect matters, personal injury matters, landlord-tenant disputes, breach of contract matters, general civil negligence and housing discrimination matters. She has represented entities, business owners, general contractors and individuals throughout all phases of civil litigation.

Glenn has additional experience representing clients through all phases of commercial and residential real estate transactions, property tax appeals and throughout real estate negotiations and closings.  She has represented property management companies and other landlord businesses in Iowa, and has extensive experience drafting real estate documentation and reviewing the chain of title for Iowa real estate.

Prior to joining Husch Blackwell, Glenn practiced in Council Bluffs, Iowa for more than five years, assisting individuals and families in attaining their estate planning goals. Glenn also represented clients throughout probate and trust administration and counseled new business owners on corporation or limited liability company formation. She will continue to offer counsel to clients in all of these matters in her role at Husch Blackwell. 

Glenn received her J.D. cum laude from the Creighton University School of Law (2010) and her B.A. cum laude from Augustana College (2007).
