Husch Blackwell is pleased to announce that Sabrina A. Neff has joined the firm’s Houston office as senior counsel in the firm’s Financial Services & Capital Markets group and its Banking & Finance practice.
Neff focuses her practice around banking and finance matters. She counsels lenders, sales finance companies, debt buyers, motor vehicle dealerships and others on disputes involving alleged unfair debt collection, deceptive and abusive practices, and other federal and state consumer law regulations.
Neff obtained her J.D. from University of Houston Law Center (2008) and both her M.A. (2004) and B.A. (2002) from Baylor University. She is a member of the American Bar Association Business Law Section’s Consumer Financial Services Committee, the National Association of Dealer Counsel, and the Appellate and Litigation Sections of both the Houston Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas.
