Brent Meyer Named to Fellowship in Construction Lawyers Society of America

Meyer joins three other Husch Blackwell attorneys as CLSA Fellows.

Husch Blackwell is pleased to announce that Omaha-based partner Brent Meyer has been selected as a Fellow of the Construction Lawyers Society of America (CLSA).

The CLSA is an invitation-only construction lawyer honorary society with membership limited to 1,200 practicing Fellows from the United States and internationally. Fellows are selected and invited into Fellowship based on their ethical reputation and after being evaluated for effectiveness and accomplishment in construction law.

Meyer joins three Husch Blackwell attorneys—Joshua Levy, Eric Meier and Kenneth Slavens—as CLSA Fellows.

Meyer counsels government entities, business owners, general contractors, suppliers and subcontractors with various legal and business challenges, including civil disputes and lien claims, regulatory compliance, contract negotiations, property acquisitions and condemnation.

Part of its Real Estate, Development & Construction industry group, Husch Blackwell’s Construction & Design team provides strategic transactional and litigation advice to contractors, owners, developers and surety industry participants across a wide variety of projects, including aviation, commercial real estate, education, healthcare, manufacturing, power and energy, and transportation.
