News Releases

National law firm Husch Blackwell is pleased to announce that St. Louis-based partner Carrie Hermeling has been honored with a 2025 Litigation Practitioner Award, one of the Women’s Justice Awards sponsored by Missouri Lawyers Media.

Hermeling represents clients across the spectrum of real estate, development, and construction, including sales and commercial leases, eminent domain, land use, title issues, and foreclosures. As lead counsel in dozens of commercial lending litigation matters, she also represents lenders in the enforcement of loan and security agreements, notes, guaranties, deeds of trust, and related documents.

Missouri Lawyers Media’s annual Women’s Justice Awards program celebrates women across Missouri who have demonstrated leadership, integrity, service, sacrifice, and accomplishment in improving the quality of justice and exemplifying the highest ideals of the legal profession. The Litigation Practitioner Award is given to litigators who “have made their careers in the courtroom — criminal or civil, representing plaintiff or defense.” This year’s WJA recipients will be honored at an April 10, 2025, event at Ameristar Casino & Resort in St. Charles, Missouri.
