Husch Blackwell's Chalon Clark has been named to D Magazine’s Best Lawyers Under 40.
The award, offered for the first time this year, celebrates young lawyers who have demonstrated professional excellence. To qualify, a nominee must be under 40 years of age for the entirety of 2018, have a valid Texas Bar card number with no pending disciplinary action, and have practiced in Texas for a minimum of five years. The winners are profiled in the magazine’s January 2018 issue.
A partner in Husch Blackwell’s Financial Services & Capital Markets industry group, Clark focuses her practice on business and financial litigation, as well as labor and employment matters. She also serves on the firm’s Diversity Council. Clark serves on the Board of Directors of the Dallas Bar Association, and serves as a Mentor for the Dallas Women Lawyers Association. Clark is also a member of the Bench Bar Committee and Task for on Diversity Committee of the Federal Bar Association.
Clark earned her J.D. from the University of Texas at Austin School of Law and her B.B.A. cum laude in Finance from the University of Houston.
