Husch Blackwell recently secured the approval of a development plan and preliminary plat on behalf of Edged Kansas City from the City of Kansas City, Missouri, for the development of a high-end, 18-megawatt waterless-cooled data center.
Site work has begun with a target completion date of August 2024. Tenants will include some of the largest tech companies in the United States.
