Husch Blackwell earned the Customer Zero award from NetDocuments recognizing the firm’s “innovation, consistency and resiliency” in working with two product applications.

Net Documents presents the award annually to the customer that “expands, and sometimes overturns, our product expectations.” The firm earned the award for its work with two applications: PacerPro, which delivers filings automatically, and Doc Minder, used for digital signatures.

“Both applications are collaborative tools that save the firm time and money, cutting down on the noise in the email box and adding efficiency to our work,” said Gene D’Aversa, Senior Director - Knowledge Management & Technology Innovation, who accepted the award on behalf of Husch Blackwell.

NetDocuments has only given the award to two other organizations, a past client and Disney. Husch Blackwell launched NetDocuments in 2018 and loaded PacerPro and Doc Minder as the first two applications. NetDocuments presented the Customer Zero award to Husch Blackwell at its Inspire 2021 awards recognizing Net Documents customers and partners.
