Husch Blackwell is pleased to announce it has been selected as a 2023 Denver Business Journal Best Places to Work honoree, a reflection of the firm’s intentional focus on delivering an exceptional employee experience.

The firm is one of 15 companies in the metro Denver area in the Large category, which includes businesses with 50 to 99 local employees. The Denver Business Journal partnered with Quantum Workplace to survey employees in the Denver office to measure the firm’s culture, from compensation and benefits to trust in senior leadership. Responses from the surveys were compiled, evaluated, and ranked by Quantum based on their composite score.

“Our people are our most valuable asset,” said Barbara Grandjean, Office Managing Partner of Husch Blackwell’s Denver office. “When the firm announced its Future of Work in March 2022, it did so with its people in mind—giving our attorneys and staff the flexibility to work wherever they can be successful. As an office, we have embraced the hybrid model while building a culture and personal relationships that are unique to Denver. We couldn’t be more pleased with this recognition that honors the culture our attorneys and staff have built.”

“Husch Blackwell cares about me as a person—not just the work I can do for the firm,” one survey respondent said. “We have team players and coworkers that look out for each other - dependable, reliable, and respectful people!”

The firm and other honorees will be recognized at an awards reception on April 28, 2023.
