National law firm Husch Blackwell is pleased to announce its recognition in Bloomberg Law’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Framework, a listing that recognizes law firms that meet or exceed a rising standard for diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Husch Blackwell is one of 57 U.S.-based law firms recognized for its commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as its performance across the Framework’s six pillars: recruitment and retention; leadership and talent pipeline; business strategy and innovation; demographics; diversity and inclusion + marketing; and disclosure.

Bloomberg Law’s DEI Framework is a platform for standardizing law firm diversity metrics. The Bloomberg Law team partners with Bloomberg’s Gender-Equality Index team, as well as diversity leads at major firms to design a comprehensive data collection instrument. The Collection Instrument is reviewed and updated annually to ensure alignment with global trends, methodologies, and best practices.
