National law firm Husch Blackwell ranked 10th on Quartz's Best Companies for Remote Workers for large companies. The third annual list of Quartz's Best Companies for Remote Workers was created by Quartz Magazine and Best Companies Group.
The Link, Husch Blackwell's virtual office, supports the firm’s personnel in delivering the highest level of client service while also fostering increased team member satisfaction, efficiency, and flexibility. Since its launch in July 2020, the Link has grown to more than 600 attorneys and professional staff in more than 40 cities across the United States.
The global survey and awards program is designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best places of employment in remote work, benefiting the industry’s economy, workforce, and businesses. The independent research firm Best Companies Group conducted a two-part survey of each applicant, one involving the employer and the other its employees.
To be included in the ranking, Husch Blackwell had to receive at least 80% positive responses to the employee survey across eight categories: leadership and planning, corporate culture and communication, role satisfaction, work environment, relationship with supervisor, training and development, pay and benefits, and overall engagement.
