Husch Blackwell represented Black & Veatch as seller’s counsel in the company’s announced sale of its environmental services business unit to Versar, Inc., a global project management company owned by Los Angeles-based Kingswood Capital Management, LP. The business unit provides a range of services, including environmental remediation, investigation, assessment, and design for the Environmental Protection Agency, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and other federal government agencies.
