Husch Blackwell is pleased to announce that Brandi Maiorino has joined the firm as a partner in its Real Estate, Development & Construction industry group. Maiorino is based in the firm’s virtual Link office and is a resident of Nashville, Tennessee. She is part of the firm’s rapidly growing presence in the Nashville area and becomes the tenth attorney based in the area practicing in Husch Blackwell’s Link office.

Maiorino is an accomplished transactional real estate attorney who advises developers, owners, investors, and tenants on a variety of real estate-related transactions. She has substantial experience in handling acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, construction, easements, restrictions, financings, and 1031 investments.

“Brandi brings a wealth of experience to our team across various types of real estate assets, including office, retail, and industrial properties,” said Jon Giokas, head of Husch Blackwell’s Real Estate, Development & Construction industry group. “Her presence in Nashville gives our firm and clients access to the rapidly expanding Nashville market, which remains one of the most active in the nation.”

Maiorino’s arrival at Husch Blackwell enhances the firm’s presence in Tennessee, where it already maintains an eight-attorney real estate team. Husch Blackwell is one of 11 law firms ranked for real estate law in Tennessee by Chambers USA.

“I am excited to join Husch Blackwell’s real estate team. The firm’s national platform and client-centric approach were big differentiators for me, and the subject-matter knowledge throughout the group is impressive,” said Maiorino. “My clients are gaining access to best-to-class practitioners, and I look forward to working with my colleagues to provide innovative approaches to real estate transactions.”

A native of Alabama, Maiorino holds a B.A. in political science from Jacksonville State University and earned her J.D. from Cumberland School of Law.
