Amy Bolline earns Texas Board Certification in Estate Planning and Probate Law.

The Texas Board of Legal Specialization (TBLS) has granted Husch Blackwell associate Amy R. Bolline Board Certification in the area of Estate Planning and Probate Law. The certification involves a demanding process, including peer review, continuing legal education, and demonstrable work experience in the field, as well as a six-hour written exam. Overall, less than one percent of all attorneys in Texas are Board Certified.

Based in the firm’s Dallas office, Bolline concentrates her practice on estate planning and estate and trust administration. She has helped to design and implement numerous plans to minimize gift, estate and generation-skipping transfer taxes that are associated with succession planning for individuals and privately held businesses.  She also has extensive experience advising fiduciaries in administering trusts and estates to minimize risks, avoid litigation, and effectively settle disputes without court intervention. Bolline belongs to the firm’s Financial Services & Capital Markets industry group and is a member of the Dallas Estate Planning Council, as well as the Real Estate, Probate, and Trust Law section of the State Bar of Texas.

The 2018 TBLS Induction Ceremony and Reception honoring the board-certified attorney and paralegals will be held on Friday, February 23, 2018 at 2:00 p.m., at the AT&T Executive Education and Conference Center in Austin.
