Husch Blackwell is pleased to announce that Andrew Brenton has been appointed to a three-year term on the Board of Directors of the Wisconsin Hospice & Palliative Care Association (WiHPCA).

An associate in the firm’s Madison office, Brenton is a member of the Husch Blackwell’s Hospice & Palliative Care practice group. He works with clients on a broad range of healthcare regulatory compliance issues, including Medicare regulations, provider enrollment rules, and fraud and abuse laws. The team also helps navigate clients through a wide range of government audits, fraud and repayment investigations, and provider and payor contracting issues. He is also a contributor to the team’s “Hospice Insights: The Law and Beyond” podcast.

Established in 2018, the Wisconsin Hospice and Palliative Care Association (WiHPCA) is committed to ensuring optimal outcomes and growing access to care for individuals facing life-limiting illness by supporting provider members with advocacy, education, strategic partnerships, and community support.
