Husch Blackwell Labor & Employment partner Julianne Story has been named by Human Resource Executive (HRE) and Lawdragon to the 11th edition of the “Nation's Most Powerful Employment Attorneys.”
The HRE/Lawdragon annual listing honors lawyers who stand out for their ability to guide employers through the constantly evolving laws governing the workplace. The list appears in HRE’s June issue, accompanied by the article “HR’s #MeToo Moment,” quoting Story and other listed attorneys.
Story, based in Kansas City, is focused on providing clients with strategic counsel concerning all facets of labor and employment law. As a litigator, Story has led clients through multiple high-stakes employment disputes and has obtained summary judgment in federal court on behalf of defendant employers in lawsuits involving allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and wage and hour violations.
