Kevin Kelley Named 2016 Volunteer of the Year by Downtown Denver Partnership, Inc.

Husch Blackwell Partner Kevin Kelley was named a 2016 Volunteer of the Year by the Downtown Denver Partnership, Inc. in ceremonies July 20, 2016.

Kelley, who is Managing Partner of the firm’s Denver office and a partner in its Real Estate, Development & Construction group, is a member of the Partnership’s Board of Directors and its Downtown Denver Awards Jury, serving as Chair of the Awards Jury in 2016. 

Kelley’s real estate work includes representation of the public owners in the development of two publicly owned NBA basketball arenas. He also represented the Regional Transportation District in the redevelopment of the Denver’s historic Union Station, a mixed-use development that includes public transportation, a boutique hotel and retail, food-and-beverage and office spaces. The Denver office of Husch Blackwell will move into space at Union Tower West, part of the Union Station redevelopment, in December. 

Kelley received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and his B.A. summa cum laude from Washington & Lee University.
