The Legal 500 has recognized Husch Blackwell’s Government Contracts, M&A and Real Estate practice groups with national rankings in its U.S. edition, published last week.
The firm’s Government Contracts group was noted for its work in the area of “bid protests and contentious cases for clients in the healthcare and defense sectors”, as well as “niche expertise in handling postal service contracting matters.” Husch Blackwell’s M&A group earned accolades for middle-market M&A work, including “significant inbound and outbound M&A experience on major transactions.” The Legal 500 also recognized the firm’s Real Estate practice, noting that firm “has notable experience advising on PPP infrastructure projects” and “regularly advises on rail corridor projects, financings secured by real property and the creation of planned communities across urban, suburban and resort settings.”
