Husch Blackwell is pleased to announce that M. Scott LeBlanc has joined the firm as a partner.
LeBlanc will work from the firm’s Milwaukee and Chicago offices. A former journalist, LeBlanc brings significant experience to the firm’s Labor & Employment practice, particularly with regard to the unique issues that arise in mergers and acquisitions. He works with companies across a wide range of industries during the hiring process, through terminations and at all points in between, and has particular expertise working with health systems, physician groups and health technology companies.
A member of the firm’s Financial Services & Capital Markets industry team, LeBlanc earned his J.D. cum laude from Duke University School of Law and his B.S.J. from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism. He is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association (AHLA), the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act Collaborative of Wisconsin (HIPAA COW).
