National law firm Husch Blackwell is pleased to announce that MaryBeth Heydt has been recognized as NAIOP SoCal’s 2024 Commercial Real Estate Woman of the Year.
Since 1999, Heydt has focused her real estate practice on transactions and currently devotes a significant portion of her time to representing banks in commercial real estate finance and workout transactions. She has deep and broad experience with multifamily, industrial, retail, office, hospitality, gas station, convenience store, and quick service restaurant product types. Heydt serves as the Chair of the California Lawyers Association Real Property Section’s D&I Panel and volunteers as a mentor for Commercial Real Estate Women of Los Angeles, the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity, and Women Lawyers of LA.
The NAIOP SoCal Awards Gala recognized leaders in the Southern California commercial real estate industry and brought together NAIOP SoCal members, nominees, and guests to celebrate awardees' advancements and commitment to the commercial real estate industry and NAIOP SoCal. The announcement was made on May 16 during the Awards Gala in downtown Los Angeles.
