Husch Blackwell attorney Scott Brunner has contributed a chapter to the State Bar of Wisconsin’s latest edition of Securities, Mergers and Acquisitions in Wisconsin, a guidebook containing relevant case law and practice tips for practitioners. Originally appearing in 2016, the third edition was recently enhanced with up-to-date supplements. Brunner co-wrote the guide’s chapter devoted to crowdfunding.
Based in Milwaukee and a member of the firm’s Financial Services & Capital Markets industry group, Brunner routinely advises clients on a variety of corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, real estate, and securities.
