Story to Speak at KU Women in Leadership Event

Husch Blackwell is pleased to announce that Julianne Story will participate in a panel discussion titled “Women in Leadership” and presented by the University of Kansas School of Law’s Career Services Office. The panel will focus on issues facing women in the workplace, including self-evaluation and self-promotion, balancing work and family, and how to find success in male-dominated professions.

Story leads Husch Blackwell’s Labor & Employment team and is a partner in the firm’s Healthcare, Life Sciences & Education industry group. She regularly counsels clients in connection with all types of employment matters and has litigated disputes involving a variety of issues, including allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, and the Family and Medical Leave Act.

“Women in Leadership” is scheduled to take place at 4:30 p.m. on March 29, 2017, at The Oread, 1200 Oread Avenue, Lawrence, Kansas. The program is co-sponsored by Husch Blackwell, Kansas Women Attorneys Association and the Association for Women Lawyers of Greater Kansas City.
