News Releases

National law firm Husch Blackwell is pleased to announce that The American Lawyer has named the firm a finalist in four categories in its annual Industry Awards.

The firm is a finalist for the following awards:

  • Best Client-Law Firm Team: Vanderbilt and Husch Blackwell
  • Corporate Culture & Wellbeing: Power of You firmwide retreat
  • Legal Service Innovation Award: Artificial Intelligence
  • Young Lawyer of the Year—Litigation: Michael Raupp

“This recognition underscores Husch Blackwell’s commitment to excellence and innovation in the legal field,” said Jamie Lawless, Husch Blackwell’s chief executive. “What sets us apart from other law firms is our unwavering dedication to understanding and addressing the unique needs of our clients. At Husch Blackwell, we don't just follow the industry standards; we set them. Our journey is just beginning, and we are committed to continually raising the bar in client service and delivering first-in-class legal solutions. Thank you to The American Lawyer for this incredible acknowledgement as we strive to redefine what it means to be a truly uncommon law firm.”

Submissions are judged by senior leaders from across The American Lawyer’s newsroom. Judges will discuss and debate entries and conduct external research where necessary to confirm information and create a complete picture of the work being judged. For certain awards, categories such as the Young Lawyer of the Year, are assisted by an external panel outside of The American Lawyer.

This year’s honorees will be recognized at The American Lawyer’s annual gala on Nov. 13 in New York City. A full list of finalists can be found here.
