Paige Duggins Clay and Tricia “TJ” Jackson of Husch Blackwell, both associates in Husch Blackwell’s Austin office, have been named to the National Black Lawyers (NBL) “Top 40 Under 40” in Texas.
Duggins-Clay is a member of the firm’s Education practice group and Higher Education and K-12 Education teams. Jackson practices on the firm’s Corporate Real Estate, Solar Energy and Wind Energy teams.
The NBL was created to celebrate legal excellence by promoting attorneys as subject-matter experts, developing a strong national network of top African American attorneys, and facilitating the exchange of timely information to enable members to maintain their status as leaders. Top 40 Under 40 candidates must be nominated by current NBL members and are evaluated on factors that include notable achievements, settlements, and verdicts as a lawyer; leadership and membership in other national and state specialty lawyer organizations; and rankings and ratings by leading national evaluation organizations.
