Situation
A hospital system, orthopedic group and post-acute care company needed assistance developing a joint venture structure for co-development and joint management of an ambulatory surgery center, rehabilitation hospital, skilled nursing facility and assisted-living facility. All were to be located on the same campus.
Result
Our team assisted with crafting the structure of the joint venture, preparing the joint venture agreements and obtaining licensure and credentialing. The completed medical campus is a successful, prosperous joint venture for all parties.
