A Texas-based healthcare network had a window of opportunity to create a regional, clinically integrated physician hospital organization.

Result

Our team negotiated the structure and terms of the sale of a 50 percent interest in the client to a national hospital system. This was important to increase access to healthcare in the two adjacent communities and to avoid duplication of effort, while achieving greater coordination and utilization of resources.
