Husch Blackwell Education attorneys will present a half-day training on the intersection between Title IX and the current administration’s positions on due process, freedom of speech, freedom of religion, and gender identity. This course is intended for those who are called upon to process and resolve cases that involve alleged sexual harassment, and will cover how investigation, determination, and analysis of cases may vary given the current administration’s enforcement positions on key issues. The course assumes participants will have a basic working knowledge of Title IX and its implementing regulations.
