Alcohol and drugs on campus impact higher education institutions from many perspectives, including policies and procedures, investigations into student and employee conduct, and resultant litigation. This program will dive deep into compliance issues surrounding drugs and alcohol that affect both students and employees. This program will also discuss current trends in litigation on this increasingly hot topic.
