Presented by Husch Blackwell Education attorneys, this full-day training session focuses on institutional response to sexual harassment and is intended as a primary and refresher training. While this session will have new content and scenarios, including a discussion of key case law updates and the latest guidance from the Department of Education, it will continue to train on the Title IX regulations effective August 2020, with a preview of some significant anticipated changes expected to be published in October 2023.
