This session will focus on the August 2020 Title IX Regulations for those institutions currently subject to an injunction. It will cover institutional response to sex discrimination and sexual harassment, and is intended as a primary and refresher training for persons significantly involved in the Title IX process.
Who Should Attend
Title IX coordinators, deputy coordinators, investigators, hearing officers, and other members of institutional Title IX teams.
Continuing Education Credit
This program is pending approval for Arkansas, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Tennessee, and Wisconsin continuing legal education credit, and HR Certification Institute and Society for Human Resource Management recertification credit.
