Presented by Husch Blackwell's education attorneys, this full-day training session focuses on institutional response to sexual harassment and is intended as a primary and refresher training. While this session will have new content and new scenarios, including a discussion of key case law updates and the latest guidance from the U.S. Department of Education, it will continue to train on the Title IX regulations that became effective in August 2020, with a summary of significant changes published in October 2023.
