Program Overview
Hot topics will include how assisted living providers need to collaborate with home health agencies to provide external services for assisted living residents that comply with the new CDPHE regulations in Chapter XII. CDPHE will also give providers an update on enforcement activities to ensure regulatory compliance by these two provider groups. A team of attorneys will review contractual agreements for external health services between these providers to ensure regulatory compliance. Finally, given the complexity of changing regulations and enforcement efforts, a panel of assisted living and home health providers will discuss issues they often encounter while providing health care services.
