Join us as we walk through real estate fundamentals of wind and solar greenfield development projects. Our main concepts will include drafting and negotiating financeable leases/easements, crossing agreements, subordination and non-disturbance agreements (SNDA) and mineral waivers. We will also discuss the review process for title insurance policies and American Land Title Association surveys. Approaches will be suggested for handling land constraints, local laws and permitting requirements, third-party easements and physical site conditions.
