Husch Blackwell's Chalon Clark describes her overwhelming joy when she learned that she would join the ranks of equity partnership. Chalon has been a practicing attorney for 16 years with her focus on commercial litigation.
As an introvert, she describes how she stepped outside her comfort zone to build authentic relationships in order to develop the business she needed to succeed. She explains how Husch Blackwell provided her with great career support as well as work/life balance. This nurturing environment has made a difference in Chalon's life and is one of the many reasons she's been with the firm her entire legal career.
