Complying with H.B. 1882: Continuing Education for Missouri Public Pension Board Members

H.B. 1882, signed by Missouri Gov. Jay Nixon on June 20, 2014, added a requirement that each board member of a public retirement plan must attend at least six hours of continuing education each year on specified topics. 

Husch Blackwell is pleased to offer a full-day seminar in St. Louis on January 20, 2015 to meet these annual education requirements. Our attorneys will team up with actuarial and investment professionals from Ekon Benefits and Ekon Financial, and certified public accountants from RubinBrown to deliver an informative program. A special lunch presentation and Q&A session will feature Harry Otto, Deputy State Auditor at the Missouri State Auditor''s Office.
