We are hosting a conversation with Franco Spraggins, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for life sciences company EVERSANA. Mr. Spraggins will discuss his meteoric rise to General Counsel, his experiences as a young black leader within a multimillion-dollar company and the many lessons he's learned along the way. He’ll talk about diversity issues that have come to the forefront since being named GC and offer thoughts for making progress in creating a diverse workforce. He will share his approach to building his internal team, discuss what he looks for when retaining outside counsel and will share some thoughts on our country's current social-political climate.
Moderating the discussion will be Keyon Brown, an attorney in our Chicago office. Keyon focuses his practice on real estate law, including the financing, acquisition, disposition and development of commercial properties, and intersecting corporate matters.
