Andrew Eastman will present, "Technologies Available to Biogas Producers to More Closely Monitor Digesters and Increase their Output," at the International Biomass Conference and Expo on March 1, 2023.
Anaerobic digesters are biological, powered by living populations of microbes. As such, their output is dependent upon robust and healthy populations of these living organisms. Achieving and maintaining planned for levels of biogas production is dependent upon monitoring the environmental conditions within a reactor tank, and making the right adjustments at the right time. The presentations offered in this panel will tackle both giving attendees and opportunity to learn not only about techniques for monitoring digester conditions, but also how to best react and make adjustments to bring biogas production back into healthy trim when necessary.
