Panelists will present and encourage attendee discussion on a broad range of topics focused on modern trends on treatment of executory contracts. The discussion will include classic and modified definitions of “executory;” treatment as a true leave vs. disguised financing; considerations for rejection of contracts and cure for assumption of contracts; and analysis of these issues within the healthcare sector.
